个人简介

男,江苏南通人,博士研究生,2011年毕业于日本德岛大学智能信息系统自然语言处理专业,2012-2014年中国南京医科大学基础医学博士后,2016-2017年美国德州大学生物信息学高级访问学者,教授,博士生导师。先后主持或参加国家级,省部级以及市厅级研究课题共计13项,在国内外期刊上发表近100篇论文, 其中以第一作者(并列)发表论SCI/EI论文30余篇。参加国内外学术交流26次,参与国外3部专著编写与出版。参与获得中华预防医学会科学技术奖三等奖(2017),江苏省科技进步奖三等奖(2015,2021)。江苏省第十批“六大人才高峰”资助对象。团队网站,http://vectorspaceai.cn/website/pages/team.html

开发用于对小分子药物进行表示学习的方法。该方法通过对小分子SMILES字符处理,提取小分子结构信息,将其转化为嵌入表达,同时创新性地在预训练过程中结合了Ising模型梯度矫正以提高预训练效果。以大规模的预训练为基础的分类模型能够较为准确地预测小分子化合物HBV抑制率和肝细胞毒性。通过湿实验对模型准确率进行了验证并开发出了基于web的小工具用于在线对抗HBV化合物的预测。

指导研究生情况/招生需求

近5年已指导硕士研究生10名,博士4名,其中毕业8名。指导的研究生在SCI、中文核心等期刊发表论文15篇,申请授权专利5项,研究生参加数学建模等比赛获国家二等奖等。
每年计划招收计算机技术、人工智能方向的专业硕士研究生3名,主要从事自然语言处理,AIGC大语言模型,AI制药,肿瘤生物大数据等方向的研究工作。
