个人简介

男,教授,博士生导师,2011年毕业于日本德岛大学智能信息系统工程专业(自然语言处理方向),获博士学位。2012年至2014年在南京医科大学完成基础医学博士后研究。2016年至2017年赴美国德克萨斯大学休斯顿健康科学中心(生物医学信息学)开展高级访问学者研究。要从事医药大数据、人工智能与药物研发、自然语言处理、多组学数据分析等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部重点研发计划子课题等国家级项目,主持来自于医院与药企的多项横向产学研项目。发表SCI论文50余篇(中科院TOP期刊多篇),获授权专利5项。2021年获得江苏省科技进步三等奖一项。

指导研究生情况/招生需求

近5年已指导硕士研究生11名,其中毕业8名。指导的研究生在SCI、中文核心等期刊发表论文15篇,申请授权专利7项。
每年计划招收计算机技术、人工智能方向的专业硕士研究生3名和博士3名,主要从医药人工智能,自然语言处理与大语言模型智能体等方向的研究工作。
